By taking simple preventative measures on a regular basis, you can make
your home safe and secure. That could mean peace of mind for you and your
loved ones. The inspection takes only a few minutes, but the results could
prevent a serious loss from occurring. You can also use this checklist as
a maintenance guide to help you identify areas in your home that may need
replacement or repairs.

Are there locking gates on decks connected to

Do you check the safety and condition of your
outdoor deck on a yearly basis? (Look for rot, check for stability,
treat annually with water sealer)

Do you repair loose or missing grout or
caulking in tub/shower area to prevent deterioration of tiles?
